Mr. Graeter will be addressing the session on low-carbon challenges, industry developments and system impacts with his presentation, “Impacts of Clean Power Plan Policy Strategies on Wholesale and Fossil Fuel Markets.” His comments will focus on the impacts various sets of Clean Power Plan compliance strategies have on regional electric wholesale and fossil fuel markets.
