Sam Kasyan


Mr. Kasyan joined EVA as an Energy Associate specializing in economic analysis, forecasting of energy prices and assessing economic conditions of U.S. coal industry. He also works on valuation cases utilizing industry best practices in valuing mining assets. He publishes several of EVA’s weekly and monthly reports.

Prior to joining EVA, Mr. Kasyan worked for a private equity firm in Los Angeles where he conducted due diligence and valuation of real estate, manufacturing and mining projects. He also brings three years of experience working in Financial Planning and Analysis at Mechel North America, a U.S. subsidiary of an international metals and mining company.
